Adding SophosCentral SuperAdmin User

The AD User is flagged as SuperAdmin in Central? And did you already "Setup the user" ? 

AD Sync does not use the AD PW Credentials.

Yes it is flagged and when I go to the user, I am unable to click the email setup.  I am pretty sure I set it up, but it was some time ago so I can't be certain anymore.

Does the User have any kind of Email Address in it? 

Yes it does.

Can you reset the password via Password Reset in Central (login screen)? 

I did that last night and now it is acting like the account is separate from our corporation.  It also will not allow me to add our licenses, as they have already been activated.  This is beyond ridiculous and have put a support ticket in.  Thank you for all of your help and assistance.
