SUM is not downloading Binaries

After the domain admin was changed i've had to reinstall the SEC (5.5). In the installation i used new accounts as instructed by Sophos support (sophosdatabaseuser & Sophosupdatemanager). The update manager tries to look for updates but it doesnt download them(no CID's folder in update manager). 

How can i get the SUM to download the folders. The status in last updated is Never but the last checked is today.

    Hello Mhlengi Lekena1,

    if it checks but doesn't update there should be an error in the Errors column and the Update Manager Details. More information should be in the SUMTrace log (%ProgramData%\Sophos\Update Manager\Logs\).

    these are the errors that i get from the SUMTrace log
