How do i setup a Custom Scan on a server via Sophos central

Question

I have Sophos Central and a large amount of servers all covered by Sophos cloud. However, I also have a NAS that I need to run a custom scan on. I don't want to scan the lot as this would take an age and i imagine would slow the network down. 
 How can i perform a custom scan of one folder on my NAS using Sophos cloud that's installed on a Server.

 Please have a look at the Scanning options within the Threat Protection policy Wildcards can be found here 
 Additionally, you can right-click on a folder --> Scan with Sophos Anti-Virus, to scan a specific location (if you are in front of the computer that is).
