What is updated when selecting force update?

From the Sophos Cloud Web Gateway, when you select Force Update, will that update the policies, or just the agent?

    Hi Reed GroupIT,

    • By default, it will automatically update every one hour. For a new user, they might not see any data for up to 1 hour.
    • Force Update will push the usage details, users events (browser and internet) to cloud and fetch the policy details from the cloud.
