What is updated when selecting force update?

From the Sophos Cloud Web Gateway, when you select Force Update, will that update the policies, or just the agent?

 By default, it will automatically update every one hour. For a new user, they might not see any data for up to 1 hour. 
 Force Update will push the usage details, users events (browser and internet) to cloud and fetch the policy details from the cloud.
