SuperAdmin limit?

I created a client account, all right. We created a second admin user, successfully. We tried to create a third admin user (super admin), but the message says that it is not possible. Is there a limit?

 

I tested with my account that is partner and I managed to create several, the account for being of end user has some limit?

    If there is an administrator or another user with the same email address, the Super Admin cannot assign any roles to the user.
    The workaround is for the user to add an alternative email address that is different to that of the administrator's email address, and then assign a role to the user.

  • The email is totally different. The domain of the customer is deal.com.br the domain of my email is h9e.com.br.

    If there is no limitation, what can bind this problem?

    There is no known limits to the number of Super Admins possible in a Central Account. However, for a User to be promoted as a Super Admin, the User account (Email ID) should not be associated with any other Central Account. Since you have already established that, It is important to confirm that the account that is being used for assigning roles is a "Super Admin" and not just an "Admin".     There is no known limits to the number of Super Admins possible in a Central Account.
