How to change the server in the installation

I would like to know how to change the server that sophos make the WindowsCloudNextGen download.

It seems the system is trying to download from a different server.

    Hello Bruno Novis,

    I'm not a Central expert but from the port 8191 it's evident that it tries to use a cache. Both the installer and Autoupdate can select a cache, they consider all caches defined though - you can tell an endpoint to use or not use a specific cache.

    We are facing this issue here in our system.

    The endpoints are trying to reach the server cache but its always stuck in somepoint.

    To solve, we have to delete the cache in system configuration and install it back.

    Do you know someone that can help?

    Is that the end of the log for an update cycle, it seems like it's missing the end of the CacheEvaluator code where it logs that it is complete:

    Hi Jak.

    Thanks for your feedback.

    This is the log from AutoUpdate folder but after reinstall the sophos, i could not find the log file anymore.

    Now i can´t download the sophos to install.

    Hello Bruno Novis,

    i can´t download
    the "thin" installer or the installer fails to download? If the latter the relevant logs are typically in the logged on user's (and SYSTEM's) %temp%.

    I found out how to solve it.

    Just reinstalled the cache in sophos Central - System Settings - Manage Update Cache

     

    It looks like the firewall was blocking the por from sophos
