Client Sophos shows Services not running, but Sophos Central shows everything is fine

Yeah I came here to check in on the same thing... subscribed.

I had the same thing on 1400+ devices this morning. Whilst on the phone to support I posted a question to their Twitter account, here is the reply:

Hi Andy, The issue that you have reported was identified due to a corrupt file which has been resolved. You can either force update the devices to do an update or wait for it to automatically update and resolve itself.

My devices seem fine now but it took several hours to resolve.

Thanks for the update. I just did a check on my endusers, apparently the issue has resolved by itself. No longer showing "services not running".
