Sophos endpoint installation failed

Hello Dear fellow , any help from you . here is my problems

1 while installing Sophos on one of my device , it prompt this message Installation failed , could not connect with Sophos central

2 on the  other enduser , I mistakly delete the alert showed in Sophos central on the particular device , which there said was in quarantine , 

since then the red alert is still there and the user is not comfortable with ,he is asking that we remove it . but because the alert message has been

deleted i don t know what to do . and when I go on his laptop after i have deleted the folder mentioned .still it does not work.

  • The issue occur to 2 systems, on the first one it happened after I have uninstalled the Sophos endpoint on the device due to the reason that the first time I installed the error was saying that some features are not running. but n the second one it is the first time I installed. Thanks!
