Hi Vishag,
Have you joined this Mac to the EAP? If you have then it should automatically update to 10.0.3, the only caveat here is that the EAP is not available if you're currently using an Update Cache.
If the endpoint is currently assigned to the EAP and not using an update cache we would expect 10.0.3 to be installed. In this case an SDU would be helpful for our investigation:

I've not been able to run the SDU in the way you asked, but I've been able to run it manually on the laptop in question - and I've uploaded it to OneDrive. Here's a link to it:

Looking at the SDU it appears that this endpoint has not been assigned to the EAP and so is still running 10.0.1.
I'm also noticing errors communicating with Central so it's possible that the new updating policy hasn't been received yet.
