Hi Team,
As advised by Sophos Support, this is an EAP related issue and they suggested we contact this forum for further support. We are looking forward to upgrade to the version 10.0.2 & 10.0.3 in Mac-book air. Support advised us that this upgrade should happen automatically, but that if this is not happening, so they think there's some problem with the endpoint.
To be clear, this is the corporates version of Sophos Central we're using.
