Ran the latest update - and when clicked scan - after about 2 minutes - received message -

could not start - Thanks for any help!!!

    Hi - Have never been able to locate the "log" with the info sent to me - What is strange - is the when I

    run it once a month after a new d/l it works - next time it does not - I have to do another download.
