Endpoint Antivirus - Cloud, how can I uninstall?

If you are trialing the Sophos Cloud management platform, you should be able to seek help through your web portal console. There is a built-in support request button in the web portal, look for the little icon that looks like a headset in the upper right corner of the screen. That would connect your request for assistance directly with our support team.

Note: you will need the Tamper Protection password in order to remove the product. Visit the Sophos Cloud web portal, Manage tab (across the top), Global Settings (in the list on the left), and find the Tamper Protection section. Press the "Show" button to make the password readable. If you do not have access to the Sophos Cloud web portal then please contact your administrator who does, they should be able to help.

Although possible to remove our software without running the remove program (/Library/Sophos Anti-Virus/Remove Sophos Anti-Virus) I don't recommend it. Its messy and requires knowledge of the Terminal. Use our remove program, it works.
