Cannot install - Clicking "Agree" on software license doesn't work

Running OS X 9.0 and trying to install the latest AV (12/4/14).

During installation, clicking "Agree" on the software license agreement does not allow the installation to proceed.

So.... the license is displayed, click "Continue" (this works), clicking "Agree" does nothing and I'm back at "Continue" again.

Continue-Agree-Continue-Agree-Continue-Agree-Continue-Agree

Make sense?

  • There are two versions available - make sure it's version 9...

    And also make sure the checksum for your downloaded zip matches mine...

    If that is all OK then I suggest deleting the installer app, unzipping the file again and running it again.

    Going further maybe a simple reboot of the computer will resolve any open files being locked or conflicting processes.  And don't load any application after login when trying again.
