Sophos picks up Troj/Agent-ABEM virtually all the time. I cannot get rid of it. crashes on wake-up from sleep and sart-up though not all the time. It is a windows PC virus. I use a Mac Pro 2.66GHz Quad -Core Intel Xeon, OSX 10.9.2 causes a crash on start-up and wake-up from sleep - will not clean up.
What version of Sophos Anti-Virus is installed? Version 9? Click the shield in the menu bar and select 'About...' Example:
If it is version 8 - upgrade. If it is version 9 does the problem during wake and boot stop when you disable Live and Web Protection in 'Preferences'? Example:
If not, if you uninstall SAV is the problem during wake and boot not seen?
