Can't update Sophos

Hi,

it won't allow me to change to secondary location, won't update, as far as I can tell firewall/handsoff is not blocking it, it has been like this for a week or so, anybody else experiencing this?

Check your HDD's S.M.A.R.T. status, it behaved almost exactly like that when I had a full drive of bad sectors.
P.S. it still won't update
