Can't update Sophos

Hi, 

it won't allow me to change to secondary location, won't update, as far as I can tell firewall/handsoff is not blocking it, it has been like this for a week or so, anybody else experiencing this?

    Hi All

    Hope you can help me too. - I seem to have a similar problem to previous writer.

    I have been using Sophos Home edition for some time wnd am very happy with it.

    This weekend I updated my copy - that is when the trouble started.

    At first the fresh install failed a couple of times, but eventually installed correctly.

    When I ran my first scan with the updated program, it froze after running (correctly) for 20 minutes or so.

    I had to shut down and start again. The same thing happened a couple of more times, before I gave up as a bad job and uninstalled my copy of Sophos.

    I would like to get Sophos Home edition running properly on my iMac once again.

    I am running with Snow Leopard OSX Version 10.6.8

    All help gratefully received.
