Problem unlocking Quarantine Manager

Sophos detected a threat (OSX/VSearch-A), but when I went to Quarantine Manager, I was unable to open the lock in order to clean up the threat. Why would it not unlock?

Please accept my apologies. I Googled, found a link and posted without noticing this was the Home Use only forum. I shall open a communication with the Tech Support team.
