Problem unlocking Quarantine Manager

Sophos detected a threat (OSX/VSearch-A), but when I went to Quarantine Manager, I was unable to open the lock in order to clean up the threat. Why would it not unlock?

    There have been posts on this board about this problem.  Try:

    • Close the Sophos app (Cmd + Q to quit), and then reopen it by selecting it from Applications instead of from the menu bar.

      OR...
    • Logging out and back in.

    There have been posts on this board about this problem.  Try:
