Threats Detected, but nothing in Quarantine Manager

I have the f ree edition and after running the scan, Sophos shows 6 threats however nothing is showing in the quarantine manager, so I'm not quite sure what to do from here.

  • hi,

I get the same issue on my laptop - running Mac OS X Lion 10.7.1 (11B26) and Version 7.3.3C of the sophos a-v for mac.

On a different machine that runs a Snow Leopard edition of Mac OS X, but consumes the same email accounts (imap) I do get the list of detected files.  I don't think that there are any differences

This is what the log is telling me:

NB, it was working happily before, and no changes were made to the configuration.

I don't think it is purely a Lion thing either, as it has listed quarantined files since I performed the upgrade (although I'm not so sure about point versions)

    thanks,

    Nick
