confused about how to manually remove

I just ran a scan for the first time. The results show 21 threats, most MALRorpian-D and some trojans, which are all Windows viruses. Problem is, I can't find those documents. When I use searchlight, it doesn't find any of them. I have searched in e-mail as well. No such docs.

Now I do run VMWare fusion and have XP installed but still, those files have to live somewhere on my HD and Sophos for Mac does not show the path to the docs.  They all have to be deletd manually and I can't find them.. So should I ignore these warnings or what?

    Hi there.
     When I open Quarantine Manager, I get more than a dozen items like:
     W32/Netsky-B.................             Clean up manually
    and
    W32/Netsky-B   mails.txt.exe.9    Clean up manually
    and
    W32/Sobig-E.    details.pif.3         Clean up manually
     

    But the 'Clear from List' and 'Clean up Threat' windows are inactive (grey)
    and following the instructions under 'Threat details' doesn't help. How do I
    get rid of this junk?
     I work on a Mac, Snow Leopard
