Manual clean up

For first time sophos was unable to automatically clean up a threat. It instructed me to manually clean it up. I followed the instructions in "help," dragging things to the custom scan field, but they didn't drag. Anyone have advice for cleaning up this threat?

It's probably due to the location of the item (email, browser cache, Time Machine backup, external drive).

Do the logs say the path to the item detected? Info on the logs...

When I select the threat and click reveal in finder it shows: Library > LaunchServices > OSX/Geonie-A.
Under path and file name it shows two identical items: /Volumes/Installer 1/Installer.app/Contents/Resources/Application.app/Content...

Hi All I was just wondering if anyone had come across my issue? I installed the new Sims 2 Super Collection pack from the Mac App store onto my MacBook the other day. What seems to be happening is that is crashes if the Sophos on-access scanner is on and I have to reboot. If I turn the on-acess scanner off the Sims 2 works fine. I'm currently on v 9.011 and have live protection and web protection turned off already as well, this was for a seperate issue.
