Cant Unlock

I need help - I have a threat that was found. I am trying to 'unlock' at the bottom, so I can 'cleanup.' However, clicking on teh lock wont unlock it. Please help.

No matter what I did, including shutting off the computer and restarting it, nothing worked. I ended up uninstalling SAV through the terminal, via a tip noted in this community.
Now working on installing SAV.
