Can't Uninstall From Computer!

I deleted an older version of Sophos from my computer but don't think it did it properly because now I can't install the new version. What should I do?

What happens when you try to install the 'new version (9?)? Do you get something like this...

Post back more information if the above doesn't help resolve the problem.
