I have a Mountain Lion/Retina Mac Book with about 1700000 files.
After it gets about halfway through the scan, the Sophos window disappears without comment. When I start Sophos again, it says I have never done a scan, so I start it again. I tried this about five times. I took notes the last time:

Another product reported finding one case of JS.obfus-218, but other than that, my system was clean.
When I looked in the system log, I saw terminated: 15 associated with Sophos.
