Manual Cleanup of Virus

I cannot figure out any way to execute a manual (cleanup command does not work) to remove a Troj/Agent TTL from my hard drive. Any help would be appreciated as Sophos Tech Support totally blew me off.

Thanks

Troj/Agent-TTL is Windows malware.  As such, if you make a note of the file path in the Quarantine  Manager, disable on-access scanning, throw the file at that location in the trash, emty the trash, then re0enable on-access scanning, you should be good to go.

Manual cleanup should also work -- it involves creating a custom scan including the path to the malicious file, selecting "delete" instead of "clean up" as the action to take, and then running the scan.  If you need help with a specific set of instructions provided in the in-app help, the online help, or on this website, please ask for help on this forum, referencing the instructions you are attempting to follow.
