Manual Cleanup of Virus

I cannot figure out any way to execute a manual (cleanup command does not work) to remove a Troj/Agent TTL from my hard drive. Any help would be appreciated as Sophos Tech Support totally blew me off.

    As noted in the literature surrounding this free product, Sophos Enterprise Support will not help users of this product; all product support is done through this website.  Sophos Enterprise Support is for paid customers of our commercial software only.

    The difference between our paid software and our free software is two things: the Free version is for personal home use only, and it comes with no support, other than this forum.  The paid version can be used as per the license, and support is provided as per the support contract included with that license.

    If you search this site, you will likely find the instructions needed to help you with your problem.

    If you cannot find a solution that matches your problem, create a thread asking for help, and someone will probably be able to help you.
