Manual Cleanup of Virus

I cannot figure out any way to execute a manual (cleanup command does not work) to remove a Troj/Agent TTL from my hard drive. Any help would be appreciated as Sophos Tech Support totally blew me off.

    I wrote to Sophos regarding the threats found on my system.  They just refered me to this site as well.  I'm taking my computer to someone that will help me with 

    this issue- Not too happy with being given the brush off by the company.
