Manual Cleanup of Virus

I cannot figure out any way to execute a manual (cleanup command does not work) to remove a Troj/Agent TTL from my hard drive. Any help would be appreciated as Sophos Tech Support totally blew me off.

I cannot make the manual cleanup work either. I have tried all three sets of directions. Tech support also blew me off. Help if you can. Pac2
