"No Actions (full computer scan required)"

Hello all

I have been using Sophos for a while and have no noticed in Quarentine that i have 4 files that Sophos says are Virus/spyware, but i can't do anything with the files. Sophos says "No Actions (full computer scan required" but after doing multiple full scans (Im doing a full scan by scanning the whole computer, i assume thats right) the files are still there.

Any ideas?

Cheers

Sam

  • In the Quarantine manager under Details you should either see the location or a link named [more...] in case of multiple detections. From there you can browse to the location. The link under Name takes you to a description and removal instruction (if applicable).

Also from the Home page you can View Anti-virus and HIPS log. It also contains the locations of the files detected.

Finally clearing the list in the Quarantine manager and running a full scan afterwards will show you if they are still there.
