Cleanup cannot be completed

I have the free version for my Mac and received the attached alert. When I try to do a cleanup of a detected threat the wheel keeps spinning and eventually I get a message saying the cleanup cannot be completed. Please help. Thank you.

Failure to clean up is normally down to the path or file no longer existing or the path is to a backup file or email - or somewhere that Sophos Anti-Virus cannot access/ delete the threat from. So from the path shown in Quarantine Manager check that path actually exists. If the path mentions a backup watch this…
