I can't download new version, 9.x because, Access Denied, You don't have permission to access "http://downloads.sophos.com/home-edition/savosx_90_he.zip" on this server. :smileysad:

    AutoUpdate settings look OK - going to 'Sophos' and the credentials look like the pre-programmed username you typically get.

    I'd recommend trying a reboot just to be sure.  If that doesn't work give it a couple of hours, reboot again and try an update.  Post back what happens.
