I get all the way through the process to completion and then I get a message that the Installation failed and I should contact the software manufacturer. What do I do?
Likely, the software is having difficulties connecting to the Sophos update site. Are you connected via a cable connection, or via WiFi? Do you have an outbound firewall or proxy that may be blocking connections?
