won't install

Downloaded, but when I am suppose to click and drag icon into apps folder, there is a "nopass" sign and it won't let me!?

    I went to downloads, took out of downloads and installed again. Last time it wanted me to drag firefox icon into the program. Now bc I was using safari, it says before you install.html, (shows the safari  icon) and then 2. the sophos box icon.? Usually this is to click and drag into apps file, but it won't let me...no pass symbol. What am I doing wrong? I am not a tecky...I'm an "artsy".
