Installer could not save configuration

Has anyone else had the same problem?

I was attempting to download the free version when it came to the error message

" the installer could not save the configuration".

It is after agreeing to the licence agreement so it is not that.

Any suggestions?

    Hi gillwarren,

    Does this issue occur on downloading another dmg files?

    If you have the same message then downloading another dmg file from another site , you would better to ask Apple not us.

    But you can install another dmg file.

    How about it ?
