Scan My Mac riunning every Sunday at 9 AM

I don't want this.  But in the scan window, if I select Scan Settings and go to the chedule panel, everythig is dimmed and I cannot change it.  It does show that something is scheduled every Sunday at 9 AM.  How can i get access to this schedule panel such that i can make changes?  How did this arise in the first place?

    The check box was not available no matter what I did (scan running or not.)

    I'm underwhelmed because it seems like this software is not very user friendly... the fact that the simple task of changing my settings was so difficult/impossible is not motivating me to use this brand.  I realize it's free, so perhaps I've set my sites too high.
