Scan My Mac riunning every Sunday at 9 AM

The panel is dimmed by default if the option to schedule a scan is not enabled.  You may have to enable the option...

...and then (guessing here) uncheck any days selected and maybe (?) select a time and press the minus (-) symbol.

I'm having the same issue, and would love if someone could please let us know how to fix this.

I'm using the free Sophos Anti-Virus for Mac.

The question the original poster asked has been marked as the solution so it has been fixed.  Hence if you're having the same problem see the marked solution above.

If you have a slightly similar problem reply and say where you are, what you see, and what you want to be able to do - I can't help with 'me too' when the solution is marked. :smileysad:

The "Enable Scheduling" is greyed out and I can't select/deselect it. :(

Oh well... I deleted the software from my Mac.  Perhaps I'll reinstall, but not sure yet.

The screenshot shows to have the scan running.  Stop the scan and the check box will be available.

Why are you underwhelmed?

The check box was not available no matter what I did (scan running or not.)

I'm underwhelmed because it seems like this software is not very user friendly... the fact that the simple task of changing my settings was so difficult/impossible is not motivating me to use this brand.  I realize it's free, so perhaps I've set my sites too high.
