HELP!

I just installed the sophos software onto my MAC (I was told that my MAC had "infections") and I'm not sure what I need to do now.  I got the message that the installation was "successful" and I'm not sure what needs to be done now...hoping someone can help me that is good w/ the Mac.  I love my MAC but am not "techy" at all w/ it...More familar w/ Dell.  Hope someone can help me w/ the next steps...**bleep** those hackers!

     I take it you ran a scan using Sophos? Now open up quarantine manager and highlight the threats there, then click "clean up threat"
