Unable to download Sophos - Do Not have Step 2 Box of Files

The box that immediately opens has two steps
1-Before You Install.html - okay that works though nothing exciting
2-This should be a box but all I have a a blank piece of paper - click on it and a text window opens stating my Last Login date and time; my name - nothing more...no scans, no results....
What is wrong - I've seen this successfully installed on another computer with no problems.
Its a Mac Book Pro OS X Lion 10.7.3 with the latest updates - double checked this evening.
Any ideas on how to remedy this problem? Or at least a recommendation for another anti-virus SW?

    Step 1: re-download the installer from the website.

    Step 2: run Disk Utility.app and repair disk permissions -- for some reason, .pkg files are not associated with installer.app, and the package is instead launching terminal.app (which lets you manage the underpinnings of the OS via a text-only interface).

    Step 3: Open the new Sophos Install DMG and verify that the PKG file looks like a box.  If it does, click it and install.

    Thanks for the info...however, the only option was to verify disk which  did result in no issues being reported...still same problem no box of files...any other suggestions?

    Also, no option to install DMG....
