Is there any Virus or Spyware that makes iPad vulnerable?

In Sophos News, I see nothing on iPad. Am I missing something? Am running iOS 5.1 (regrets for misstating the OS a minute ago).

TNX, Andrew, I'll check that out. I have already installed the news app and I like it. But, it's my wife's iPad, it's greatly beloved, and I can't touch it without clearance first ...
