Sophos is freezing my computer constantly. I am trying to use the removal tool to get it off my Mac OSX v 10.7.4
it asks me to log in with my apple ID, which i know is correct, and it won't accept that so I cannot proceed to uninstall the program.
i see that this is a known issue.
now what can i do to get this **bleep** thing off my computer?
