Sophos AutoUpdate Error

Hi

I have a recurring window that pops up every hour or so telling me that Sophos cannot contact the primary server. I thought I had disabled Sophos as I no longer wish to use it, but in my system preferences (Mac OS X Snow Leopard) I can't seem to find an option to uninstall!

I'm not entirely certain which version of Sophos I have, I downloaded it as required by my university in October 2008, so it may have been using a university subscription - to be honest I can't remember.

Can anyone help?

    Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately when I searched for the file you named in Spotlight it doesn't appear to exist on my computer - I don't have a Sophos folder in my Library folder either...

    Any ideas?!

    EDIT: I think I deleted all files related to Sophos in an attempt to uninstall, so is there any way I can get them back or download something to allow me to uninstall properly?
