Sophos Safeguard 5.50.116 - Decrypting External HD

Question

We recently started using sophos safeguard.

Any information moved to an external HD, will be encrypted.

I created an encryption key and moved all of my personal files off of my work computer.

Is there a way to decrypt multiple folders instead of using sophos portable 1.50.0.2 to do each file one at a time?

Hi stevei, sry for not getting back to you earlier but I was on vacation. Yes you can decrypt multiple folders as menationed but only if they are encrypted with the same key as SGPortable is unable to load mutiple keys at the same time. Simply right click the folders > decrypt > and the copy files to and everything should be fine Regards Dan :20577
