Safeguard Web Help Desk Login

We are currently testing Sophos Safeguard Enterprise as a trial before purchasing.  When attempting to login to the Safeguard Web Help Desk, to enter a challenge code, the following error is received: "You do not have sufficient rights to run the CR Tool."  The user has been imported in from AD and assigned Security Office rights.  A cert has been generated for the user as well.  User has also been given full access to the Domain Root within Users & Computers.

    I have the same problem. I can login to my helpdesk site only as Master Security Officer.

    Security Officers (even with all the roles active: Supervising Officer, Security Officer, Helpdesk Officer, Audit Officer, Recovery Officer) cannot login to the site - they get an error - "You do not have sufficient rights to run the CR tool"
