HELP!!!!! remove encrypting

2 days ago I install safeguard easy to try  to decrypt my laptop drive after windows crash. I install trial version from site on disk C. After install I see that SGE was start encryption on all drives on system (10 drives, above 17TB(terabytes)). I disconect all 2TB drives but 2 drives stil encrypting.At moment 92% encrypted. I can't stop it, can't uninstall. I try on diferent PC to decrypt laptop drive with boot disk and by bartpe plugin unsuccesiful. help me please. I promise, never use sophos products, no support on 2 days.

    3 days with no response from sophos. On workstation I reinstall windows and all software becose safeguard is trying to encrypt all my disks. Now still waiting for answer how to decrypt  laptop drive to repair windows. know only user password after boot with boot cd with safeguard on it decrypt buton is inactive.

    thank you very much for bringing this one up to attention. Actually the situation is like mentioned by Sandy already.

    With regards to the description that you gave I have to tell you that this is something that cannot be dealed with easily in this forum however needs to be analyzed properly. Therefore please be so kind and open a ticket or force update referring to the ticket number. Actually the description given by Sandy is totally true at this point.

    At the moment I cannot provide you with some other information than the above mentioned.
