Message "error=0x02" after POA problem

After I installed SGNClient.msi (My SGN upgraded from version 5.35 to version 5.5),

When i logged in after POA, show the message below:
     "SafeGuard is loading OS now!"
     "error=0x02"

After logged in to the windows (OS:win 7, PC:Lenovo ThinkVantage ), All function worked  properly.

But, What is meaning of "error=0x02"?

Can somebody help me please?

  • We were told (specifically regarding Panasonic laptops) that it was a BIOS issue (requiring a BIOS update to resolve), not an issue with the Sophos software, but I've seen the error on other machines also (most recently, a Lenovo T410i Core i3 machine with Windows XP and SGN 5.40 installed).
