Message "error=0x02" after POA problem

After I installed SGNClient.msi (My SGN upgraded from version 5.35 to version 5.5),

When i logged in after POA, show the message below:
"SafeGuard is loading OS now!"
"error=0x02"

After logged in to the windows (OS:win 7, PC:Lenovo ThinkVantage ), All function worked properly.

But, What is meaning of "error=0x02"?

Can somebody help me please?

Thanks for your reply. And why sophos's guy don't response me?
If this problem keep so long, Why sophos don't fix it.
And I can't find the meaning of error 0x02.
Hope sophos can help me to fix it.
