I get a blue screen error (0x0000007E) when trying to install an external HD

I get an error (0x0000007E) whenever trying to connect my HD (seagate go flex 3TB), I checked other forums and the problem seems to be the SGEFLT.SYS driver. Any idea on how to correct this ?
