SafeGuard Enterprise Synchronize unknown error

Hello,

I tried synchronize (SafeGuard Enterprise 5.21.0.43) AD structure, but get error:

The synchronization failed. (ADMERR_DATABASE_EXCEPTION)

Can anyone help me? :)

    Hi!

    I have the same error while i'm synchronizing the domain, the error is:

    The DELETE statement conflicted with the SAME TABLE REFERENCE constraint "FK_SGD_PARENT". The conflict occurred in database "SafeGuard", table "dbo.SAFE_GUARD_DIR", column 'SGD_PARENT_ID'.

    The statement has been terminated.    Failure

    The synchronization failed due to the error: ADMERR_DATABASE_EXCEPTION    Failure.

    I have to say that we use the same USER to synchronize another domain and it works! So we can't understand why it doesn't work with the other domain.

    Anyone got solution?

    Hi Goveta85,

    which version are you currently running on your backend components (so SGN Server/DB and Management Cenert)? A lot of AD-Sync issues are fixed with the most recent SafeGuard Enterprise 6.00.1 release.

    If you're already running 6.00.1 or dont want to upgrade your SafeGuard Enterprise version, I'd suggest to open a support request and provide the SafeGuard Enterprise Server Tracefile from a failing sync attempt when opening the request.

    Support should be able to sort out your problems.
