SGNClient 64 bit will not install on HP Zbook 15

SGNClient 64 bit will not install on HP Zbook 15, hangs about 2/3rds way through install and will not finish. No errors in Event log other than the manually ended task. Pre-install went on w/o issue.

Hi williamwashburn. There is a know problem with this model of laptop if it uses one of the PCIe SSD Drives. If you machine is using one of these drives check out this article.

No this one has a 1TB SATA drive, no SSD... any way to upload a log file for support to look at?

Hi williamwashburn. You will need to call the support line and open a case. 1-888-767-4679
They will be able to provide you with a link that allows you upload the log file. The support engineer will look through it and attempt to identify the error or errors that are occurring.
